October Happenings

Fall is here and summer's gone....... I can't believe we are already half way through high school football season and already wearing jackets and hooded sweatshirts to school!

With the change in the weather and the very cool mornings we have had, please make sure your child brings or wears a sweatshirt or a light jacket to school.  The weather may be a little damp or a bit chilly, but the first graders will go outside to play. They need to run and expend some of their energy everyday. Also, the climate in 1A can sometimes be a little funny. It may be more chilly in our room than it is outside. If your first grader has a sweatshirt or a lightweight jacket he/she can put on, he/ she will be more comfortable and better prepared to learn and work in 1A.
